Need help with my meditation more sensitivity? I hate noise (and background people), bright light, hard seat
I have a good character (who never gets angry with anyone, very forgiveful and understanding) However, I can not bear the discomfort of the environment and distraction. What kind of help Meditation? Is there anything else apart from meditation help?
I am well and my anxiety …. anxious people are so … the best way get rid of it is off excerise
