The Muslims are getting special treatment in U.S. schools?
Some public schools and universities are granting requests for Muslim prayer times, prayer rooms and ritual foot baths, prompting a debate on whether Islam is being given preferential treatment towards other religions. The University of Michigan at Dearborn is planning to build foot baths for Muslim students who wash their feet before prayer. A elementary school in San Diego, created an additional rest period for Muslim pupils to pray. For example, Carver Elementary School in San Diego have gone so far to establish a special prayer room for Muslim children to pray in. allow them to take breaks several times a day for prayer sessions, and even is a senior lecturer in prayer.
