What determines its focus on reality because your mind is active in the acquisition and implementation in reality of things that you focus on.
You bring in their experience in focus.
If you focus on lack, limitation, negativity and lack, then that is what brings in his experience.
If you are focuses on the abundance, expansion, the positive things, and many, then that is what brings in his experience.
A moment of introspection will make this clear.
Why, then, if it's so easy to change our reality, one of suffering to one of joyful experience, we strive not to hurt ourselves?
It is because they are in charge of our minds. Rather, our minds are in charge of us. We, a conscious being, are dominated by our conditioning.
This is why meditation is important.
Each time to meditate, it dissolves more and more conditioned. Pilot Descending automatic and take the path our boat is cruising.
As we go more and more reflective of our thinking, we begin to take control of our own minds, and our reality, little by little, squeaky, turns to us.
Of course, this is not easy.
Still, it's not very funny living a chaotic life and well dispersed.

The payoff, however, is immense. Increased self-awareness, greater control of his mind, and the overvaluation and the meaning of his own being and life.
