Hi Rebecca, I feel that you are thinking of leaving. I am 26 I spent a good 10 years away from the church only to return to the game and looking to be healed. I was back in the Church and for the first time I saw the beauty and truth of the Holy Mass. I found solace in the Rosary. I found fulfillment in the Eucharist (when I finally receive again). I was dying of the sacraments and receive our regular sacraments of Confession and Communion regularly (that brings me peace). When I was not participating in the church all I could see was the policy of the church and the hypocrisy of many that is, but if you look beyond the policy in the mystery and sacredness of the Church, will find his own surprise hit with the beauty that is for us all to share. We as Catholics are so blessed to have such a beautiful fullness of faith, rich in the life of Christ who calls us all to share his mystical body through the Catholic Church. Putting is something that you may feel you have to do, but if you feel please come back empty, because only in the Catholic Church can experience the fullness of Christ our Lord. I will pray for you.

As they slowly sink into the designs, your body and your mind will begin to feel lighter. You can begin to float and your thoughts will come, purer and more luminous.

Remember, every time you start thinking about everyday things, refocus again on the mandala and Allow yourself to sink into it. The best we can find in meditation with the mandala, the purest of his thinking is. You can even find that you begin to see things in the future or understand yourself in a way never before.

2) Yantra

In a way, a yantra is very similar a mandala. Yantra means support and are, again, is aa help achieve the highest level of meditation you can.

Many believe that a Yantra is the tool that allows you to find the window at all. And again, like a mandala, is used to focus on the yantra to stop his mind off the mundane and everyday during its cycle of meditation.

Some believe, however, that when you meditate with a Yantra, it is possible to connect directly with God.

Most yantras focus on a specific deity, which means that if you are looking to connect as a specific deity, look for the yantra that will help you do. Some Yantras are drawn on cloth or paper, while others are made of wood and may even be three-dimensions.

When you meditate, focus on the yantra and energy so that swirls around the yantra. Each yantra starts in the center of the design and does not end until exterior of most of the squares. You Yantra can turn a setback if you like, but you must understand that a yantra changes depending on how you turn it.

When you start focusing on a yantra, make sure you are relaxed. Focus your mind and energy in the yantra. A Yantra only worthless, but a Yantra was associated with psychic energy can create things amazing. Instead of being focused on the microcosm, to be able to access the macrocosm, and, quite possibly, the deity who has been trying to connect.
