Has anyone tried binaural beats for meditation or the production of delta waves?

I am looking for a good cheap mp3 player or cd that I can get I help produce Delta brain waves so I can get to sleep. I also use it for purposes of meditation. Can anyone recommend and offers excellent connections?

One that comes to mind is a link to my friend told me about. After 5 minutes of listening, I fell asleep. You do not have to buy anything, please in a deep delta state only by meditation. relaxing music to sleep?

I have trouble sleeping, it takes me to a couple of hours to sleep. and have been told that the atmosphere and listening to music meditation music can help. only problem is i dont know of any type of music to download! please help =]

I travel for work and spend a lot of nights in hotels. I have been having a problem of settlement night and be able to stay asleep.

I like to listen to any gospel … or the music of the forties and fifties … get up super early … DO'NT nap …. a glass of white wine hot .. bathroom, etc. .., and be sure to have a comfortable bed …. do not eat before going to sleep well …
