What are the differences between men and women in the, emotional, hormonal results of meditation?

Women have a different chemical and hormonal makeup that men are the emotional effects of PMS to be reduced or enhanced, especially through meditation, or are completely uncontrollable? Do men tend to get more results with emotional control and meditation, or less? What are the differences between men and women with the biochemical effects and mental meditation? How easy for women compared to men reach altered states through meditation? I would like to hear of women is more important than men, men do not experience menstration and therefore can not really say what it is. Are there personal stories of women who have improved emotional health (especially through meditation)? I feel for you, I will pray for you, xtal6872. the only thing that ruins a woman for me is that my hormones. im ruled by them. desire that can be locked away from my loved ones and the rest of world for about 2 weeks a month. or at least one. I have the worst kind of pms clinic. but our diet has contributed much to it. i do not drink soda, but i need my coffee. Sodium is my enemy and that causes inflammation and swelling and irritability. I have to exercise or I'm a wreck. i drink lots of water and try to eat a well balanced diet. all chemicals and preservatives in foods are the worst, for anyone. I try to eat lots of fresh fruits and vegtables. but diet is a major contributing factor. i want alcohol as well. so I'm going to drink wine because it helps a lot. i crave sweets, so eating chocolate. Get Real tired and weary, but I can sleep at night due to anxiety. Kill me now. Sorry for my family members that are 3 males. I am the only woman. and do not like the opposite sex during that time of the month meetings as well. run! run for your lives! I can not even stand myself. oh yeah, and outbreaks of acne. you feel fat, bloated, ugly and wants to hide from the world.

relaxing music to sleep?

I have trouble sleeping, it takes me to a couple of hours to sleep. and have been told that the atmosphere and listening to music meditation music can help. only problem is i dont know of any type of music to download! please help =]
